Help with Autodesk Inventor Assembly

Hi, i want to know if there is some way to delete the volume that result from the interference between two parts in the assembly environment. I want them to stay the way they are just supressing the interference, so i want a contact surface and not a contact volume, TYVM :sshhh:

i am not sure about inventor but it is not possible in other software, like solidworks..you could maybe try either modifying the geometry of the parts in question so that there is no interference or making use of different mates/constraints in the assembly between the parts in question (tangent constraint maybe)
