Help in WinAVR

With hours of frustrating attempts i gained nothing as a beginner to use winavr. All i need to do is to load a 'C' program for atmel microcontroller into winavr and debug it. Someone help me to get rid of this..

I'm not at all experienced in WinAVR; however if you could share your attempt then someone might want to give it a try.

I've used AVRStudio. Where you're getting stuck while writing code or any problem in installing?
