Hand launched aircraft not GLIDER

hey please can anybody help me by providing ideas on how to make a hand launched aircraft, it should be able to carry fixed amount of weight and should drop it at desired location. and it can be controlled with a 4 channel tx-rx.
please do help, with any material or ideas u have.
