Get placed in microsoft, google and facebook

Hello, I am currently in f y btech computer engineering. My dream is to get hired by top companies like Microsoft, Google and Facebook and work abroad. So during these 4 years wat things i should maintain (apart from good pointers) so that i have more chances of getting selected?? i mean extracurricular activities and internships etc...
