With its release next month, the new Ford Explorer Sport shall be the first seven-passenger high performance SUV roaring in the market. This EPA-certified 22 mpg highway rated SUV comes with a 365 horsepower EcoBoost<sup>®</sup> engine, sophisticated interiors, and class-leading fuel economy. It also has a Terrain Management system, that's specially configured to optimize the added power-irrespective of the road or weather conditions.

With remarkable modifications in the chassis and suspension, the Explorer Sport boasts of a paddle-shifted six-speed SelectShift Automatic<sup>™ </sup>transmission having a one-of-a-kind 3.16 to 1 final drive ratio in order to give out better balance for quick acceleration and economical low-rpm steering, thus maintaining the fuel efficiency. In addition, it also has the installed electric power-assisted steering (EPAS) rack along with a bettered pedal feel (larger brakes), and 20-inch high-performance tires and wheels to show off.
