    No doubt they have one of fastest delivery time. I also got a package within 24 hours.
    But few days ago I insisted them to deliver next day, even at extra pay, but they didn't agreed on it.
    I think it will be a good model to charge extra to deliver next day.

    Guess what? Someone faster than them is already in the market and they are the mighty big Amazon. Amazon recently launched their eBook service in India and already promising instant delivery and better prices.
