In a heart-warming tale of an Engineer who made his wing-clipped parrot a cool robotic toy, we present to you Andrew Gray, a 29-year-old electrical and computer engineering graduate student at the University of Florida. Gray's African grey parrot who goes by the name 'Pepper' couldn't fly around the house because of the wing clipping. So, to make sure that Pepper feels a part of the family, Gray designed a robotic car, nicknamed 'Bird Buggy' for him. Now the bird does no more sulking and happily rides the robot car, manipulating the joystick and goes where he wants to go. We couldn't help but watch the bird in this demo video. You mustn't miss it either -
