    Engine Fuel Consumption

Consider a vehicle engine, how does the fuel consumption differ when it is run in(by) different gears.
Also, how does fuel consumption differ when vehicles head light is on(because engine produces AC while headlight is on)

suppose engin is running............ it run with its max. speed so we use gears to low down speed ........
so thats why 1st gear cause loss in energy

There is a large impact in which gear you are driving..........driving in lower cause decrease in fuel economy and this is due to transmission ratio........it is laso affected by how frequently you are changing gears

The alternator attached does not takes that much power to run from engine...................the power used to run alternator is accounted in losses of engine
there is no effect of alternator on engine economy practically...............

fuel economy decreases by use of clutch, the gear variation, and acceleration, speed variation
