  If you get 10 ideas , what is the guarantee that you dont use one of those idea for your project or something?

  means you want my ideas to implement????
  Just Kidding.........Don't take it seriously.....
  My Suggestions:
  
  1. For up to 11 kV Line we can use Hard Plastic Insulators.....Instead of those of we use normally.......
  2. Instead of using metal nut and bolts for jointing purpose their also we can use Plastic made nuts and bolts this you can use at all levels................
  (Note:I have tested this up to 22 kV,If you have good lab facilities You can test it for higher voltages and post your reply here).....
  
  These suggestions will really help to reduce capital cost of Line.......
  
  Likewise many more suggestions are their......
  but I only mentioned these two.......
  And Please don't you say these are not practical cause I have already tested these suggestions in my college LAB......
  
  AND KIND REQUEST DO NOT WRITE SUCH THING AGAIN CAUSE IT MAY HURT SOMEONE....
  CAUSE YOU ARE CHALLENGING SUCH ENGINEER YOU DON'T KNOW.....

  Nice Ideas , and we donot copy others ideas , if we are using them we give due credit to them.
  
  And as per my sentences above , dude there are many people who ask free lunches here! We have to be strict enough for that case so we have to put those statements.
  And, you donot have to take it personal since, this intends to the one who ask for free lunches got it?

  Forgive my ignorance, but what kind of plastics are we talking about here? Will environmental factors or mechanical stress play any detrimental affects on them?

  hey it will not affect anything but it's life is only 7-8 years.
  But it will save your capital cost definitely.
  
  I cant give you its formula cause it is still under testing.
  When we will complete testing then only I will reveal that....Ok???@ash
