Is it possible to dope a semiconductor in such a way that its conductivity exceeds the conductivity of the normal conductor???

i think yes .
quite possible,i have heard IBM has developed graphene based FETS with GHz processing speed, and doping is done keeping in mind what particular demand the IC gonna meet!!!
