doping of semiconductors

Is it possible to dope a semiconductor in such a way that its conductivity exceeds the conductivity of the normal conductor???

    quite possible,i have heard IBM has developed graphene based FETS with GHz processing speed,and doping is done keeping in mind what particular demand the IC gonna meet!!!
