Disigning of 33/11 KV substaion

Dear sir,

I need help to design a 33/11 kv sub station using compact type high voltage switch gears etc. please help me and i am also request that i am new to this site placing of my query this site correct or not i don't know if it is wrong guide me to where if want to get it.
