Continue Job or go for MTech.

Hi all,

I am working as a s/w engineer in a MNC having one year of experience. Now a am thinking of adding some value to my BE degree.
Would it be a right decision to go for MTech or should i continue with my job???

Please share your suggestions as i am little confused over this issue.
