    You can start from Kurose and Ross.
    Its where i started.Its a nice book.
    You can download it easily. Take the help of google.
    For some specific topics you can refer to Dheeraj sir notes (IIT Kanpur).
    The link is already there in Tutorial thread.

    Sorry i don't have exact link now.Please check it in tutorial named thread or will give you tomorrow..
