Chinese CNOOC Ltd had bid to take over Canadian Oil producer Nexen Inc. The bidding amount is - expected to be $15.1 BILLION.
Canadian Government is reviwing the deal to guage if Country is going to be *NET* benefited by the deal. Though Canada is getting this multi billion deal, but still do you think that these deals can be profitable for any country? can you think of any reason supporting these deals?
