Cisco take over for NDS

Global electronic equipment maker Cisco has won an unconditional EU regulatory approval n for its multi billion ($5) takeover deal for television software developer king 'NDS'. This is the largest ever take over for CISCO, which will strengthen their presence in the video communications market as well.

I always wonders that almost on daily basis we are getting examples of multi billion dollars deals, where exactly the business is heading towards?
