Pls help me provide a circuit diagram on designing of a distance temperature laser guage to measure oil/winding temperatures of pole mounted transformers.

What i want is to design a device that can be used to measure the oil/winding temperature of a transformer which is mounted on a pole. This means that because the transformer is on a pole you need a device that can penetrate the metal casing of the transformer at a distance to be able to get these parameters. I hope iam much cearer.
