Chevrolet Captiva India 2012 To Be Launched This October

Chevrolet is all prepared to launch the invigorated edition of Chevrolet Captiva, its only SUV car in India. The estimated date of the launch is the first week of October 2011, which is the beginning of the festival season in the country. The Captiva is India is in dire need of a new version and that is the reason why Chevrolet is all set to promote the new car. Chevrolet Beat Diesel has just been launched in India and next is the turn of Chevrolet Captiva 2012 version.

There will be some remarkable changes in this all new model as compared to the old generation on Captiva India. These changes could be seen in the form of appearance, the quality of interiors of the car, the position of the controls, luxuries the model could also be raised in context to the engine governor. There will be up gradation in the exterior of the cars as well. It will be a new – fangled revitalised trellis, better appearance headlamps and tail lamps. It will also provide access to multimedia devices like iPod and phones. Also plastic of superior grade is used.

This is believed to have much improved performance, luxurious drive and handling as compared to the earlier model. The price of the vehicle would be placed in the range of 18–25 lakhs , in which most of the SUVs lie. Chevrolet just needs to make the new brand more eye catching. The price of this new Captiva 2012 India will definitely be higher than the earlier model.
