  Now, let me confirm you dont need a credit card to host a web site. you dont need to transfer money wired or something to get that website.
  
  You can start very small, there are hundreds of company who are in india, and will allow you to deposit cash in their bank account (indian style). 😁
  
  if you want to buy a domain name 3 things required.
  
  1. select the domain name you want to buy.
  2. what is the space you required for your hosting.
  3. which os you will prefer linux or windows as your hosting platform.
