BPSK modulator in DSSS system

Hiii all,

In a direct sequence spread spectrum system why a BPSK modulator is used rather than QPSK or ASK? Why not use QPSK or ASK?

    are you sure ONLY BPSK is used?
    except of for the reason that its' the simplest for modulation used 😁 there should be no specific reason as to why other moduation techniques should not be used.
