Belkin WeMo Home Automation Switch + Motion Sensors For $100
Belkin WeMo makes a mark with a video that says, 'If your home is your castle, how come the king and queen do all the work?'. The company has developed a Home Automation system that consists of Automation Switch, a Motion Sensor Bundle and an iOS app. If you think you would love it if when you return home, your lights are on and when you leave the room, the TV gets turned off, WeMo is a good choice for you. It lets you choose how you want to automate your own house. The free WeMo app will let the user control individual or multiple devices. In short, its all up to you.

The WeMo switch connects to the home WiFi. Users just have to plug-in the lamp or stereo into the WeMo Switch and start controlling it remotely through their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Belkin also offers a WeMo Motion sensor that can be connected to the WeMo Switch so that you can have things like 'the light goes ON' whenever you pass by and goes to sleep when you leave. The whole setup is up for pre-order on Amazon.com for $99.99.
