    we have selected a project which will start computer at specific time and start downloading specific file from internet .After downloading file ,file will
    be saved and computer will shut down automatically .
    I would like make project in vb.net.

    could any body help me out ?
    if source code for auto shut down and auto turn off is present then send it.
    if any other information is present than send it .

    please also suggest useful web-links .

    1. By start, do you mean 'hard-start' [from turned off mode] or 'soft-start' [from stand-by, hibernated mode] ?

    Hope starting the computer from shut down by a program is not possible mate but it's possible in standby mode..
