    If you are a movie buff and interested in animation or sort, then animated movies are a must watch.

    The expressions, feelings are so vibrant yet at the same time with some comic effect that one can't help but love it. Even the ugliest character seems to be handsome/beautiful. For example, Shrek in the movie Shrek 1(2 and 3).

    Here are some of the awesome animated movies that I'd recommend in case you ever think of watching one.

    The name I want to add to the list is Ratatouille. I recently watched it and loved it.
    And I can't wait to watch Kung Fu Panda 2!

    I love animated films for all the points Nion mentioned. And I always give an extra point to animated films for the dialogues they use. The conversations between the characters and the message conveyed through the movies is fantastic! 😀 😀 😀

    Oh Yes, how could I forget Ratatouille? It was amongst the best movies I had ever seen. Also there is Antz, The Ant Bully.

    Howl's moving castle, Spirited away, Grave of the fireflies     are originally Japanese. If we talk about Japanese animated movies then there are more than hundred good movies that can be listed out. 😀
    Appleseed and Ghost in the shell(both Japanese), are also very good animated movies. They are action/serious movies though!
