Angry Birds Space To Defy Gravity; Releasing 22nd March, 2012

Catapulting itself to a whole new level, Rovio Mobile has announced that the latest addition to the '#-Link-Snipped-#' franchisee releasing on 22nd March, 2012, shall witness the biggest launch ever. Angry Birds Space, as the new version is called, has little resemblance to the original Angry Birds. The launch of this game, with the complete animation and retail, shall mark Rovio's transformation from being an mobile game developing company, to a complete entertainment company.#-Link-Snipped-#
A noteworthy development- Rovio has teamed up with NASA and National Geographic for this particular game. Andrew Stalbow, General Manager, Rovio North America stated that science and education is of great significance to the company. Also, the precise nature of the physics employed in the game has helped many teachers to make their students understand projectile motion in an easier way.

Quite recently, Angry Birds found its way in Facebook, with some minor changes to the original. Rovio is leaving no stone unturned to maintain the popularity of the game, and its availability on different platforms. No particular details about Angry Birds Space have so far been revealed, except for a teaser and its release date.
