AMDOCS Campus Placement Eligibility Criteria?

In july, there was the off campus of amdocs company through referral but i didn't had so i asked my friend for it. I didn't get any reply. Then last month there was the another off campus for all without any reference. I gave the test but got rejected. Now few days before i got the reply from that friend and he is asking for my CV. I am confused here am i eligible if they planned another off campus for freshers??
