AMD FirePro V4900 Graphics Card Launched

Chip-maker AMD is #-Link-Snipped-# with another high-end graphics card. The AMD FirePro V4900 is basically designed for computers that demand  high data processing speed particularly meant for graphical content. Sandeep Gupte, general manager of Professional Graphics, AMD said that this FirePro V4900 belonged to a league of its own and that it redefined entry-level professional graphics card capabilities. He further stated that this FirePro V4900 has AMD's most advanced graphics technology and boasts of AMD Eyefinity multi-display technology that fends for about six displays to increase productivity.

According to the statement released, AMD FirePro V4900 has substantially improved the performance of competitive contributions in many digital content creation (DCC) and computer aided design (CAD) application tests to more than a 100 per cent. The chipset will be obtainable from a range of systems of HP and likes. AMD confirmed that the FirePro products are tested and certified with many leading software applications to guarantee compatibility, stability, and optimal performance as desired.

AMD FirePro V4900 is certified for various applications including Abaqus/CAE 6.11, ANSYS 13.0, Autodesk 2012 3D design software solutions and the Bentley System's Microstation V8i. Moreover, it has various certifications from many solutions of the Siemens PLM Software alone. The statement said that this graphics card will be available in select Dell and Fujitsu systems too. Selected online retailers have even started trading this AMD chipset for US $189.
