3) WHICH COLLEGE WILL BE BEST FOR DOING M.TECH (COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING) :

    OK, I believe AICTE is required thing for any engineering college. UGC I believe gives you a special status, but AICTE is a basic requirement for getting recognized. Almost always It happens that a UGC recognized college is also AICTE approved.

    For question no. 2, #-Link-Snipped-# Otherwise check out the syllabus for the above mentioned universities. If it is same then degree is also same.

    Regarding ranking, I cannot comment. May be you will have to wait a little. 😀
