Zetec S Joins Ford Focus Fleet
Ford motor company has introduced the all new #-Link-Snipped-# Zetec S to its Focus fleet. The car which has been popular in UK is now available in showrooms across UK. Ford engineers have made this car keeping the usual sporty design in mind and delivered a very good result with Zetec S.

The car is available with four engines and customers can now select between them. All the engines are equally good and speaking of the 1.6-litre 180PS EcoBoost turbo-charged petrol engine- it is designed to be highly efficient even after being attached to a sports car. With 180PS, the Zetec S can be accelerated from 0-62mph in just 7.9Sec reaching a top speed of 138mph. The engine however emits 139g/Km CO2 when driving at rated conditions.
Either you select this or the 1.6-litre 115PS TDCi, you get an assurance of ECOnetic Technology badge because many provisions are made in these engines to make sure that they run smoothly to deliver optimum performance. Other engines from which you can choose are the 1.6-litre 125PS Ti-VCT petrol or the 2.0-litre 163PS TDCi depending upon the customer's wish. Similarly you can also choose between the automatic and the manual transmission.
Next in line to join the Focus fleet is the Ford Estate which will be available in market by Feb 2012. The #-Link-Snipped-#. While simply shelling out around £1,250 for more than any of the similar model you can purchase Zetec S for £18,745. Interestingly you can also buy a kit to convert your existing model of Zetec for £1,700.
Recently Ford revealed its intentions to #-Link-Snipped-# where the growth of automobile sector has been significantly high. Ford is introducing all types of technologies in its car so that they have a better standing in market. For example, it is more inclined towards making a green car and it is reflected from its Electric Vehicles (EVs). Sure enough the American automaker will make its mark in UK!
