xml parser as a project

do anyone have any idea about xml parser..
can i get help if possible??
i wanted to do it as a mini project and i've got only a little idea abt that..😒..and i wanted to know more...
i dont understand those given in those sites of brainy people..
probably a brief explanation will do..
