XenForo Vs. vBulletin 4 - War Of Forum Software

The ex-Developers of one of the most powerful forum software: vBulletin are working on their own forum solution: XenForo. Lot of people have been saying that XenForo will give a tough fight to vBulletin as it picks up the best features from currently available forum software.

XenForo - founded by Kier Darby who was responsible for the rock solid vB 3 software is leading the initiative. Although the software has not been officially launched, what you see on their site: <a href="https://xenforo.com/community/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">XenForo community</a> is impressive.

What do you think about XenForo? Will it stand the competition by vBulletin and open source alternative: phpBB, SMF and others?
