worst year for jobs ??

just saw an TV debate highlighting those words . there was a debate which i felt had had an intentional say that technical degrees are of no use because investors are finding very less scope as we are a low base like they said for eg: ind is 1000$/capita whereas US is 50000/cap.... do you think is this the situation post your views..........
