Google has introduced a finalised deal to help increase usage of its Google+ in India. Users of the social network will now be able to log into the service for free through Wi-Fi provided by O-Zone Networks, #-Link-Snipped-#.
The offer, which will run for an initial three months, will allow unlimited usage of Google+ and 10 minutes of free access to YouTube per week, but any other websites can only be accessed by paying for minutes.

Will Google+ catch up with Facebook faster this way?

10 minutes of free Internet. Not a bad deal if you're a casual surfer.

The 10 minutes of free internet is only YouTube.
    For Google+ it is unlimited.

Okay, that's a better news, I guess. I thought free Internet will be offered only for 10 minutes. But any idea what speeds are being offered?

    Speed, no idea.
But they say, it will give better speed in enclosed networks (Ozone hotspots).

I smell something fishy though. Surely they have a hidden agenda behind this.
The Ozone hotspots are hangouts like CCD, Costa Coffee, McDonalds. Anyone here who does not munch food while surfing. 😒

It is offered for 3months (only). 😁

Google is trying hard to be on top , but facebook is pulling it back. I dont think one can use Google+ for a longer time as they do for facebook. I think Google's main motive is to increase the number of G+ users.

    Good luck, Google !

Not a bad idea. Most people automatically have G+ accounts. Google will get users to play with G+ and possibly like it.
