Pulsating DC signal has higher frequency can not be said just like that buddy

Do tell us the source of the pulsating DC signal if it is an SMPS output then yes

Other wise it is hard to tell

For sine wave it takes 0 to 2pie for comleting cycle but in pulsating DC its only takes 0 to pie for completing a cycle, so it only takes half time for pulsating DC to complete a cycle.
thats why pulsating DC has double frequency then Sine wave.

ok i have one doubt.for dc frequency should be nearer to zero. so for a pulsating dc the frequency should be between sine wave and pure dc. here it is greater than sine wave.can u explain

a sine wave is conveted to pulsating dc.but the frequency is increased than the sine wave frequency.but for dc the frequency should be less than sine wave frequency know

Both have the same solution DC never has frequency
Next pulsating DC has frequency not of it's own. The frequency is do the AC ripple present in the signal. When the ripple is removed using filter the frequency vanishes and becomes pure DC

This is similar to a super imposition of DC and an AC wave more or less this analogy holds good
