Why do you want to study Electronics and Electrical Engineering

I am going to send my application for a university to study Technology,I chose Electrical and Electronics engineering but they asked me the reasons for me choosing that but i actually don't have good reasons.Does anyone can tell me why someone should study that subject ? his own reasons maybe

    Actually iam taken this group is iam interested in electricity and as i know its very interesting subject to deal and there are too many oppertunities to research for public useful products

    without electricity we cant even imagine the world and i'm here to defeat the power crisis.

    @Arp- I like your aim, just make sure you see it to the end.
    @Garibaldo- You should be immensely interested in whatever you are pursuing and be sure Electronics Engg. will be very productive for you. You can mention in the application if you have done some electronics hobby kits in school. You can tell them about how you plan to achieve in-depth knowledge in the field of study.
