Two men were standing together when a third man approached. One of the two men greeted the newcomer and when he had left, the man's companion ask, "who was that man?" "Brother and sister I have none, but that man's father is my father's son."

It is simple he is the son of that man.
Amit,Bhushan are standing while Chandu comes and visit them and after some time leaves.
Amit asks to B:Who is Chan?
Bhushan replies:His father is my father's son.

So answer: Chandu is son of Bhushan.

What say everyone?

Well, let's say a and b were standing and c visits them and leaves.. then a asks b who is c.
To which b replies, "that man's father is my father's son".

"My father's son" means my brother. so, b actually says "that man's father is my brother".

So, c is the son of b's brother.
