you are the one living your life we can only say our view about it

higher studies means more time with books so if you are willing to gain more knowledge and specialise in some field of science it is the right choise

next is work need of money is the prime factor

in higher studies the type of work you want to do decides whether you should MS or ME or M.Tech or MBA

I would support for the job after engineering.
Because just after completing engineering, we have 100 jobs from different fields but going for higher studies and choosing a field leaves us with 10 jobs from that field.

There are a ton of things you can do after engineering. If you want to apply the skills you learned during engineering; you might want to get a job for yourself. If you're immensely interested in engineering and want to study it in depth; you may opt for MS or M.Tech courses. If you think 'management' is more interesting; you might want to study to get into a management insititute.

You may even start something on your own - a little venture in the domain of your interest.

If that doesn't appeal to you, you could simply pack your bags and start roaming around and explore different places in your state / country. You may turn a social worker and help others. You could even start teaching engineering subjects to your juniors.

There are so many things you can do.
