We know that India's development can be truly attained only by enriching the children right from the childhood from the school itself. We can't drastically change the situation and it will attain its target or goal of development only through step by step manner.A nation's development can't be achieved alone by men, It should be accompanied by the efforts and help from women but the truth is that most of the girls education stops when they attain puberty.People say that they stop them because of the improper restroom facility .from aarthivig's post , I realised how we are deviating from the main problems and concentrating and wasting money on so called luxury smart classes.(For info).

So what should be the government's sole responsibility ?
My perception:Government should implement awareness programmes on women education and invest money on good restroom,toilet facility.Do anyone oppose my perception?Please comment with a reason.
