What is prima light?

I heard the commenter talk about 'Prima light' on Discovery Channel. Anyone knows what prima light is? Its used on the outer side of the buildings, so that the outer side of building becomes a giant screen!

Looking for more information.

    when i googled up the word prima lights all i got was this biggie :

    #-Link-Snipped-# - a company selling lights and called as Prima Lighting.😕
    i think the lights the person was speaking about must have been a prima lighting product
