What are the placement criteria's for A category, B category companies in CDAC.

In general what criteria's do big MNC's have for CDAC students and what criteria's do smaller companies have. The general idea is that you need to have higher than 60% in SSC, HSC and B.E, but for B.E do they consider just the final semester percentage which determines your grade written in the B.E degree( 1st Class ) or overall 4 years aggregate must be 60%. Also if you have a year drop in engineering does it matter.
