Was Facebook Overvalued?
The market isn't happy with the Facebook. The world's biggest social networking giant launched their IPO a few days ago for $38/share and since then the share value never went up. The nose-diving share price has left many hopes down on the network. That has led many to wonder whether the social network was overvalued? At the time of IPO, Facebook got its valuation to about $100 billion.
Do you think Facebook was overvalued?

RISHABH LALAit is often a trend when when the demand and expectation increases too much , when everybody thinks to make money such that almost all household invest their money in a perticular share ,eyeing on it for heavy returns ; most of the times investors have to face the odds; the same thing happened with Reliance Petrolium five Years ago, the excessive trust on Reliance was broken

Kaustubh KatdareWell, more than trust; the bankers and the promoters of Facebook were quite bully on pushing the valuation beyond $100b. That went against them, I guess.

Prasad AjinkyaI think the wall street movers and shakers wanted to see a giant IPO and that's about it.
People want to see a success story ... -
Kaustubh KatdareJust checked Facebook's current valuation on Google Finance: #-Link-Snipped-# , its about $65 billion; that's a good fall from the initial $100 billion FB's investors and promoters valuation.
What's going terribly wrong for Facebook?
