  for some companies there is a video synthesis test.
  a movie clipping will be given and we have to write a few points about the clipping.
  Many students (even highly talented) got eliminated during this process.
  
  can you suggest some tips to crack it

  If there is something living(eg person), note its gender,age,mood,actions etc. If any pattern is shown, note it carefully and notice the important things that stand out, keeping a vigilant eye and describing the exact and important things helps.
