    Hello all, I am a civil engineer. I know that rhe Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid flows through a constricted section of pipe. I really want to know how does a venturimeter work? Please help.

    venturimeter have the one end large dia pipe for entering the water & one end smaller dia pipe for out the water. In this working for pressure variation in the pipe line.
