User profile service failed to login, User profile cannot be loaded

i am having 2 OS in my system one windows professional and another windows 8. i am getting problem in accessing(entering) into windows 8 OS. i am getting the message "user profile service failed to login, user profile cannot be loaded". How to solve this problem? suggest me the different ways that i can do to solve this problem.

    That error would display when your user profiles folder has been renamed or deleted. Did you mess around with the folder C:/users/<profile.name> ? If yes, you will have to boot your computer into safe mode and try using the default admin profile. Create a new administrator after booting into safe mode. This should solve your problem.

    However, if that doesn't work, you'll have to follow the steps here -
