UPSC CSAT Syllabus- Change from 2011
Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) is introduced in place of the existing Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination.
The syllabus for paper 1 will be same as previous years,with questions on general science,current events,history of India and Indian national movement,geography, Indian governance, economic and social development, general issues on environmental ecology, biodiversity and ecological change.
Paper 2 includes comprehension, interpersonal skills like communication skills, decision making and problem solving, basic numeracy and analytical ability and logical reasoning.
Total Marks: 200
Duration : 2 Hours
