Up-to-date Plant Construction Index

I am stuck in estimating cost of equipment. I need a current Index to estimate capital costs of an industrial unit, but I could only find an Index with a few months delay.

I need to know how much would it cost nowadays...

Could someone please help me in finding a current cost index?
