    I just check that FREDKIN gate. Indeed, something that's not popular but does exists. Apart from that, I don't think there's anymore universal gate.

    They are not exactly gates with defined operations like AND OR and NOT but the have different sttates based on the control signal given the inputs are varied to give them the universal outlook
