    Is it illegal to have two degrees at same time period from different University...

    Just for general information if someone do b.Tech at same time period from two different University in which one is normal and other is distance education University, so this process is illegal or not. .. ?
    Can he show any of degree as according to his use or not... Is this procedure illegal...

    ...I don't think it's 'illegal', but how would someone justify having two degrees at the same time from two different universities?

    If someone do b.Tech and diploma at same time than he can fill government form as according they were.. If there is vacancy for b. Tech than he can show b. Tech degree and if there is job available for diploma holder than he can use his diploma...

    We can't. I read about it on Quora a few days back. Though there is not Government act as of now to refrain you, but the matter is under consideration.
