Twitter Planning on Photo Sharing Service - Does this mean end of photo blogs too?

Twitter is all set to launch its own photo-sharing service to compete with existing services such as Twitpic, Yfrog, Instagram and Flickr, according to multiple sources.
The announcement is expected this week at the D9 conference in California, where the company's chief executive **** Costolo will be speaking on Wednesday.
One possibility is that the photo service will be monetized by including advertisements as Twitter tries to move to a more commercial model.
The micro-blogging service has already killed a lot of potential bloggers. With the introduction of this service, is this the end of personal photo blog era?
