    on 24 nov 2013 i purchased devotional audio (mp3) the payment gateway was CCAvenue, but the transaction was unsuccessful but my money got detected. Then i filed complaint in the complaints section of ccavenue, but till now no response till now. Help

    CCAvenue should be reliable when it comes to refunds. It's rare to get incorrect message from CCAvenue - but if you've received the bill and order confirmation from the site you purchased your MP3 from; there shouldn't be any problem. Otherwise, they'll issue a refund in the next 7 days. As @#-Link-Snipped-# mentioned, you should contact their customer support.
