This Year Infosys employees may not get any HIKE in Wages... :(

Indian IT giant Infosys CEO SD Shibulal indicated in a press conference on Friday that there may not be any hike in wages for the folks on board and Infosys board of directors may revisit the decisions for the October 'HIKES' If any.

However he also indicated that though infosys doesn't have paln in Wages Hike but company has no plans to deviate from the target of hiring 35K employee in the fiscal year.

How fair this decision is for the existing Infosys Employees?
Any existing employees of Infosys or their friends, what was the reaction of this statement by Mr. SD Shibulal? Will that increase the attrition??
